I go to Pedro every day to ask him for everything, for big and small favours.
I am writing down one that he has just done for me and which I had entrusted to him from the beginning.
This Christmas a friend of mine showed me a photo of the gift she would like, and she also told me the shop where she had seen it: it was a backpack.
Two days later I went to the shop to buy it. But they had sold out and told me that they thought I wouldn't find it in Seville because that backpack was older stock, from a previous season.
I started to entrust this matter to Pedro, as I felt sorry that my friend wouldn’t have the gift she was looking forward to. I told Pedro that he had to sort it out.
I continued looking for it in different shops in the city but I couldn't find it.
A friend of mine offered to help me and used an app on her mobile phone to see if they sold it in any other shop in the city. We found that they had it in a shop in a nearby town and we called to reserve it.
The day we went to buy it, they didn't pick up the phone. But I was still confident that Pedro was going to get it. On 3rd January they called to tell us that they still had the backpack and we went to buy it.
My friend was able to have her present on the feast of the Three Kings and was very happy and grateful.
