I am writing up 2 favors I received from Pedro, which both happened in the same week.

The first has to do with my scapular. One day, I realized that I was not wearing it. I don't know how, when and where I lost it. I don't actually remove it. Someone recommended that I go to Pedro, so I prayed his prayer card. The following day, while preparing for work, I opened a box containing a pearl necklace that I hardly use. To my surprise, I found the gold chain and the scapular interwoven in it. On the rare occasion that I used that pearl necklace, I must have inadvertently removed the scapular as well. I attribute to Pedro the inspiration to open that box.

One morning, the queue for the train was extraordinarily long. Apparently, there was a technical problem at another station. The train I was supposed to take was going to be delayed in coming. The passengers were advised to look for other mode of transport as the arrival of the train was indefinite. I didn't know the prayer card from memory so I simply told Pedro to help me arrive at the college before 8:30am. I was still trying to figure out what route to take when it was announced that the problem had been resolved. In a few minutes, the train came and I was able to arrive before 8:30am.
