From San Juan (Argentina): The work of my ‘accomplices’, the Virgin Mary and Pedro

I am from San Juan, in the west of Argentina, and almost in the shadow of the Andes. I would like to relate two favours I received through Pedro's intercession. The first one was in January 2023, during a trip. I was returning with my family after leaving my sister at the airport, as she was going to Spain for a few months. My dad was very nervous about the whole situation, and at a police checkpoint on the road, he realised that the car's technical inspection was overdue: he would have to pay a fine of quite a large sum of money. When he got out of the car to talk to the officer, I prayed a prayer card to Pedro, asking him not to fine us or that it would not be so large. Pedro had been a treasurer in his Centre and knew what it was like to be ‘tight’ with money. After 2 minutes, my dad came back to the car and told us that he was not going to be fined. He was very excited, because he said he felt it was something from God.
Pedro's second favour was as follows: since the end of 2023, I had been praying a prayer card to Pedro every day, asking him for a job that would allow me to support myself financially so that I could move to a Centre, and that it would be as soon as possible. I continued like this for several months. In March 2024, someone from my Centre went to Manchester for three months to study English. It so happened that the Centre where she lived for those months was the same Centre where Esperanza, Pedro's mother, would frequently visit. Esperanza was told that I was very fond of Pedro, that he had already done me some favours, and that now he was being asked for a job. Esperanza was very moved, and said that she was going to pray for this intention. The following week, Esperanza brought something for me: a picture of Our Lady of Guadalupe that belonged to Pedro and that was among his things! On her return from Manchester, I was given that picture of the Virgin Mary. I wrote to Esperanza thanking her for such a nice gesture and gift, to which she replied that she was going to pray a lot, and that I could rest assured that Our Lady and Pedro were always looking after me. I continued praying a prayer card every day for the next few months. In October, I started my internship at a Human Resources consulting firm. I was there for two months, and the 12th of December was my last day of my internship.
On that day, the head of the consultancy told me that she wanted to talk to me. Before the meeting, I prayed to Pedro again. At the meeting, I was offered to join the consultancy team and work there! I was bursting with happiness, and I thanked Pedro and Our Lady for this enormous gift. I realised that it was all the work of my accomplices, Pedro and the Virgin Mary, because it was the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe. What may seem like simple coincidences, for me was the grace of God and the fruit of my friendship with Pedro! Of course, I told Esperanza about this favour, and she told me that she was very happy and that Mary and Pedro were smiling on me.
To this day I continue to ask him for things, and we are becoming better and better friends. It always helps me a lot to read and learn more about his life, and I try to make him known to many people. Thank you Pedro!
