Hello. For some months now I have had an intercity bus card. It has to be renewed every 6 months as it is free, and I have to prove that I meet the requirements to have it.
The problem is that every time I renew it, although I make every effort to ensure that it is renewed within the established period of time, there is always a computer problem or some other problem.
A month ago, before the required one month deadline, I started to go through all the steps necessary. But, once again, there was an obstacle. I tried to correct it using a link to a web page, but every time I tried it, it did not work.
I went to Pedro and asked him that if I was left without his help I would have no choice but to walk around Seville to carry out my errands, and this would make me waste a good bit of time. I went to the central offices of the company and without ceasing to entrust myself to him they solved the technical problem that prevented me from renewing the card
