I want to write because thanks to the intercession of Pedro Ballester, I have finally managed to improve my working conditions.
I have been with my company since 2016. Since Spring 2018 in my job at a Bank I have had a 30 hours a week contract. My goal was to get a full-time contract. Not only because it was a material improvement, but also because it was a moral improvement, as I wanted to be on the same level as my colleagues.
In these years, and especially since the pandemic, 2020, my work has more than doubled. So much so that my bosses put another colleague at my disposal to help me a little in my department.
In the 3 years since then, she and other colleagues have been upgraded to 40 hours and I have not. It is difficult to understand, as they recognise me, they praise me and I have never been criticised for my work and even less for my dedication. My bosses were well aware that I work more than 40 hours a week. Why not me?
Over the years I have fought for this improvement at work, in my own way, without asking God and the Holy Spirit for help. To no avail. I thought I should not bother God for something of mine..
Two months ago, I came across Pedro, his story. I put myself in God's hands, I asked the Holy Spirit for inspiration and through Pedro's intercession I HAVE JUST GOT IT: This week I have been told that this improvement is going to happen.
It is a miracle of Pedro. Earlier, for years, I had never achieved anything in my job without some discussion, a great struggle and a lot of anguish on my part, smiling although I had to keep quiet about what I saw as injustices,
Thanks to Pedro, without anguish, with faith, trust, love, I have achieved this which helps my family, a little in a material way, but a lot in a spiritual way.  I feel valued, I feel the same as my colleagues and I thank God and Pedro.
I have prayed to Pedro every day during these months, and he has listened to me and interceded for me.
