Today I received a favour from Pedro in my professional work and I want to thank him, and if you want, you can make it known.
My work is at a sports centre located in Madrid, with several thousand users, mainly families, and consists of supervising the service provided by a company that is responsible for sports activities that take place there. To do this I interact daily with the head of the company and the director of the sports centre.
Early in the morning I received a phone call from the head of the company who was very angry, upset, accusing the management of the centre and me of not fulfilling certain of our obligations. His mood was truly altered and I feared it might lead to wrong decisions. I immediately arranged a meeting between the centre director, the head of the company and myself. Sometimes these interviews lead to a major conflict. I prayed to Pedro before the meeting, without having the prayer card to hand. I prayed to him for help in this situation, and also in the minutes while waiting for the meeting to start.
The result of the meeting was very satisfactory. There was no tension or the slightest confrontation. Calm was maintained and the pressing problems were solved. The rest of the day passed with total serenity and peace. I am very grateful to Pedro, who has done me many favours in my professional work.
