My documents arrived, and I got a refund too

I got to know about Pedro's story back in 2020 when I was battling cancer myself. I was diagnosed with lymphoma in August 2019 and by 2020 I was already very tired from the chemotherapy and radiotherapy sessions and I also felt very discouraged. Providentially, I read on the Opus Dei website an article about Pedro and the words of the priest quoted in the article struck me. He talked of how Pedro also would feel down at times and would cry - understandable given the pain and length of the sickness.This fact made me feel that I was not alone with what I was undergoing. I am now on remission and I feel a strong connection to Pedro thus I asked him for a favor.

I am currently preparing PhD applications and had to have my Italian university transcripts translated to English. The company did a very bad job and I even had to do some proof-reading; so I asked them to give me a partial refund. I asked Pedro for his assistance that the refund be granted and that the documents arrive without delay after the necessary revisions. Thrice I had to send back the documents because of errors but finally, thanks to Pedro's intercession, I received the documents and the refund as well!

Update:

Thanks to Pedro's intercession, I received a 1,300 GBP grant from the conference organizers which will partially cover the costs. I planned to write about the favor once I hear of the decision on my visa application. I am now counting on Pedro's help with the visa. I hope to receive word from the UK Embassy shortly. If the visa gets approved, I will be able to attend the conference which will be held this summer.
