In June 2022 I had 3 subjects left to pass, so I couldn't start my dream job: research. In September I started studying these 3 subjects online, which was a challenge for me. In November my father was diagnosed with an irreversible illness. And I understood why I still had these subjects pending. It was a gift that God had given me to be able to take care of my father and to be with him for as long as I wanted. From the moment he was admitted to hospital I promised him that, for his sake, I would pass the subjects I had left.
May 2023 had arrived and I wasn't sure that I was going to pass. I didn't throw in the towel at any time and I studied as much as I could and I asked Pedro to please help me to get a 5 in every subject. I kept repeating to him, "Pedro, show me that you are my friend. I only ask for a 5, nothing more.” When I got my marks, Pedro helped me to get good marks in my subjects; he helped me to get better marks than I asked for.
I have made my father very happy and I am very grateful to Pedro for his great help.
