My parents were in Manila for only a few days and they decided to take advantage of the trip to have consultations with various doctors. My mother went to the ophthalmologist last Friday and the doctor requested for four eye tests. The secretary of the clinic warned us that the Eye Center of the hospital might not be able to accommodate my mother within the day given that the previous day, when she inquired for another patient, the next available appointment was already for the following month. We went to the Eye Center hoping that they could schedule my mother for the tests since my parents were leaving for the provinces in two days.
I started praying Pedro's prayer card and I also asked my Mom to pray through his intercession. The staff at the Eye Center told us it would be difficult as they were fully booked. Nevertheless they asked us to wait as they inquired with the other staff if anyone could do the requested tests. After an hour of waiting, spent asking Pedro's intercession with confidence, we were told that they could do ALL four tests at the final hour of the working day. Thank you Pedro!
